A successful planning application for a full repositioning of a 55,000 sq ft listed office building in the heart of the City of London. The new scheme retains the listed buildings' character whilst introducing modern amenities and ESG criteria to a building which was last refurbished over 20 years ago. Through an atrium infill and consolidation of plant space, we were able to increase the NIA to 75,000 sq ft within the existing envelope.
